Rocket has played a huge part in the push for trans inclusion in CrossFit. (It's a long story, which will be told very soon, we promise.) Part of that has had Alyssa on tour with the Out Foundation's Don't Be An A**hole tour, helping gyms learn how to be more inclusive of trans and gender nonbinary people. We were thrilled when we got to host the Seattle stop on the DBAA tour. (Partly because there were no airplanes involved!) . It's about an hour long, with Will Lanier, Chloie Jonsson and Alyssa. It's an "ask me anything" sort of affair that we hope educates and inspires. And maybe changes the world a little.
